Solver
I am working on theoric part of solver now in 1 mounth s3d will have a solver.
this was the first name that I created from "Small 3d world". then I changed this name to s3dmesh because of s3d project name owned from another developer. anyway this is my graduation project. I choosed sf because I am a volenteerly member of open source community :)

in summer (2003) I made a new look and command lines part of s3d and started to use CVS service of sf.net. it is really cool. and some other small GUI parts which are making more user friendly application.
in spring (2003) I am having break :) btw I am working on MFC and tring to make a win port and learn MFC with VC++ it has same futures as at linux version. but I dont want to develop it anymore for M$ issues :)..
winter and fall (2002) Me and my 2 friends(Hale Dönertaşlı and Atilla Altıntaş) took this project as software project from Assistant Prof. Turhan Karagüler in www.beykent.edu.tr. First of all we should decide a platform and learn GUI programming in c++. We already decided to use c++ and openGL because of speed. I allways wondered about linux and KDE stuff. and checked out MFC and QT. After about 3 weeks I can make nice GUI under linux with QT. MFC is really hard to learn and use. after a long and hard semester we made preprocessing part of FEM. And s3d can make nice looking 2d meshes :) we present it in front of a group and we made it :). we pass with good grades. Thanks to Turhan he is a wonderful tutor and www.trolltech.com which is owner firm of QT for supporting education and open source community. Trolltech gave us QT-educational version for win32 platform.
